Jared Revell is a photographer based in Tarneit, Victoria available for Child, Baby and Newborn Photography bookings, servicing the Melbourne metropolitan area including outer regions (travel fees may apply).
Jared works exclusively on location, either at your home, local park or chosen venue, and works only with natural light to produce modern, natural fresh portraits.

Session Pricing*
Your Child/Baby Photography Session is $100, which includes the following:
- Professional and relaxed photography session for your child at your chosen location in most Melbourne metro areas aimed for about 1-2hrs; (travel fees may apply)
- A Secure Online Photo Album specifically for you of approximately 30-35 images, available within about 2 weeks after your session;
- All editing, proofing and post-processing of digital images.
The Session Fee can be paid in advance to secure your session date/time or on your session day.
It is non-refundable should you cancel, but is transferable to another date in the event you wish to amend your booking (conditions apply).
This Session Fee covers my talent, time taken to travel, photograph and post process your images only.
Prints and products pricing is detailed below.
If you wish to have more than one of your children photographed in the one session, add $40 per child to the session fee.

Session Format
I work on location, either at your home, local park or at your favourite place using only natural light.
For newborn shoots, I have a setup at home which you are welcome to use, this way I have more control over the lighting.
I don't usually instruct your child to pose or direct them, I prefer to just shoot away while they do what they do best ~ being a child, just playing and having fun! I believe it's in these moments that their
true, beautiful, innocent character shines and can be captured and treasured forever.
We all know kids and bubs are not robots and the session may not go according to plan. In the event your child get cranky or needs feeding, please don't feel pressured or rushed,
I'm happy to take our time and breaks to get those special shots, I often keep shooting, there's always a moment to catch!
I usually spend some time with you getting to know your child and their personality to bring out the best in your photos.
I want them to feel relaxed, happy and just be themselves. I encourage your child to play and do whatever they would normally do
if I wasn't around.
Prints Information & Pricing*
I offer a few product choices for you after your session, as I believe clients prefer to have options.
There is no minimum purchase requirement. If you choose, you can,
- order the digital images from your Online Album on cd/dvd which includes large sizes for printing, small for emailing, slideshow & selected black and whites for $300 (extra for more than one child)
and/or
- order prints in a size of your preference. Desk prints start at $30 and wall prints start at $100, contact me for your specific requirements.
- order ready to hang canvas prints; available in Small, Medium, Large & Extra Large, starting from $140.
- order premium, modern Face Mount Acrylic Prints, ready to hang.
Calendars and gift cards are also available to purchase. They make a great gift idea for grandparents and family.
Your photographs are printed at quality professional photography laboratories as I want your images to be captured and preserved in the
very best possible way.
If you choose to order the images on disk, I recommend using professional printing services should you decide to get them printed.

Timing Information
Newborn Photography
Bubs grow so quickly and so it's important to take your newborn shots as quickly as possible.
I recommend photos within 10-14 days after your childs birth in order to capture that fresh, gorgeous newborn look
while they are still sleepy and have their newborn skin.
Please contact me with your estimated due date to tentatively book in a session,
and then call after your baby has been born to secure your newborn photography session date.
Baby Photography
Once your little one is no longer a newborn, you no doubt still wish to have some professional photographs taken of them during specific intervals in their first and later years.
Photos taken when your baby is six months or older can be ideal as your baby is usually sitting and smiling all over the place,
although baby photography can take place at any age, it's totally up to you.
Kids Photography
Any time is a good time !

What to Wear ?
I'm happy for you to dress your child in whatever makes them comfortable. Kids usually have their favourite outfits and colours and
it's best if they feel comfortable and proud.
If you're not sure what to dress your child in, then simple, classic and plain clothing is recommended which will ensure that your
child's outfit remains timeless in print.
I also encourage and welcome wardrobe changes during the session, this will give you a
good variety and different looks. Bare feet and chubby legs and arms often look fantastic in photographs,
as do newborns in the buff, creating natural, beautiful photos.
